As a founding partner, Mr. Ruotolo is an experienced family law litigator, who is often involved in contested divorce and child custody related matters.
In his previous position, Mr. Ruotolo served as a senior associate with a well known matrimonial firm in Phoenix since 1999. Prior to this position, Mr. Ruotolo operated as a sole practitioner from 1993 through 1999, with a concentration
on family law representation. Mr. Ruotolo’s career spans over a decade and includes practical court and mediation experience.
Additionally, Mr. Ruotolo has provided pro bono support to a variety of legal aid organizations in the Valley including the Community Legal Service Program, the Paiute Center and is an active participant with the Scottsdale Bar Association.
Mr. Ruotolo served as a member of the National Guard of Arizona and is a member of the Scottsdale chapter of the Reserve Officers Association, where he held various leadership positions. Mr. Ruotolo earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona and his law degree from the University of Tulsa in Oklahoma.
