Victor A. Garnice joined NRG after 24 years in private practice where he primarily focused on representing clients in divorce and family law matters.
One of Mr. Garnice’s greatest strengths lies in his ability to provide sound and up-to-date advice in the area of multi-state custody litigation regarding jurisdictional issues. He is also an involved and passionate advocate for his clients and
often is well-known for his creative approach to solving legal situations that are potential quagmires for many other family law attorneys.
Mr. Garnice has served as Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Pro Tem, and as in-house counsel for U-Haul. He has a strong civil litigation background. His experience with matters regarding real estate, bankruptcy and commercial litigation, provides additional benefit to his current divorce and family law clientele.
Mr. Garnice is admitted to practice law in Arizona and New York.
