APPOINTMENTS AND PROMOTIONS

FIRM ADDS TWO ATTORNEYS

(Phoenix, AZ – September 27, 2004) – Nirenstein, Ruotolo & Gonzalez, P.L.C. (NRG Family Law) expands, adding two attorneys to their team. Victor Garnice joins NRG after 24 years in private practice where he specialized in family law. Garnice earned a Bachelor of Science from State University of New York at New Paltz and his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, moving to Arizona shortly after graduation. Prior to opening his own practice, Garnice served as in-house counsel for UHaul and spent 3 years as an Associate with a Phoenix firm practicing general law. Admitted to practice in Arizona as well as New York, Garnice brings his in-depth knowledge and experience in legal multi-state issues and conflicts concerning domestic relations to NRG.

Donna G. Heller was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 1986, and began her career in civil litigation. Over 5 years ago Heller began focusing her practice exclusively in family law. Heller has represented clients in virtually all areas of family law, including dissolution, complex custody and parenting time, child support and child support arrears, paternity, spousal maintenance, post-decree modifications, third party custody request, prenuptial agreements and jurisdictional issues. She received a Bachelor of Arts Cum Laude from Temple University School of Communications, winning the Herman Ellis Award for achievement, professional promise and leadership; and later earned her J.D. from Temple University School of Law. Heller is admitted to practice in Arizona, U.S. District Court, U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit and the U.S. Tax Court. In addition, Heller is a family law mediator, a member of the Maricopa County Association of Family Mediators, on the Maricopa County Superior Court Mediator Roster, and Maricopa County Bar Family Law Section.
