NRG is a progressive and unique approach to Arizona divorce and family law.

All of our attorneys and support staff are have many years of experience in the practice of Arizona divorce and family law and are dedicated to educating and empowering our clients as participants in the process. One of our primary goals is to ensure that our clients always remain part of the process and actively engaged in decisions regarding their representation. NRG offers legal counsel throughout the family lifecycle. Our primary practices areas include divorce, family law, mediation services, mental health and elder law.
Sub-practice areas include the representation of clients in adoptions, pre-divorce counseling and planning, drafting of prenuptial and postnuptial agreements; negotiating and preparing property settlement agreements and child custody plans, negotiating and litigating contested divorce cases, providing child-related services such as counsel regarding child custody and child support, access and visitation issues, out-of-state relocations, modifications to and enforcement of child custody and support, spousal maintenance and alimony, exclusive use and occupancy of the marital residence, post-decree enforcement issues guardianship and conservatorship proceedings, preparation of wills and trusts, powers of attorneys, commitment proceedings, orders of protections, injunctions against harassment, contempt proceedings, special actions and appellate practice.
